Tracy Kantrowitz, Ph.D.

Chief Professional Services and Product Officer, PDRI by Pearson



Bio:

Tracy Kantrowitz, Ph.D., is currently Chief Professional Services and Product Officer at PDRI by Pearson where she leads human capital consulting, assessment product development, and consults with a variety of private and public sector organizations, including OPM, NASA, DHS, Google, Cognizant, and Adobe, among many others. She recently co-edited the volume Talent Assessment: Embracing Innovation and Mitigating Risk in the Digital Age published by Oxford and has published on topics such as AI for assessment development, legal guidelines related to AI-based assessment, and adaptive testing.

Dr. Kantrowitz has received multiple distinctions from the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), including the M. Scott Myers Award for applied research in the workplace, the Distinguished Early Career Contributions–Practice Award, and Fellow status. Tracy served SIOP as the Chair of the Leading Edge Consortium on assessment, Practice Portfolio Officer, Program Chair for the annual conference, and is an editorial board member of Industrial-Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice and the Professional Practice book series. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology.




Keith McNulty, Ph.D.

Head of Talent Assessment, Citadel



Bio:

Keith McNulty, Ph.D. is currently Head of Talent Assessment at Citadel, the leading global alternative investment firm.

Originally trained as a mathematician, Keith has a 20-year history in implementing talent assessment, measurement and analytics programs in leading organizations.  Until 2015, he led the global implementation of structured assessment methodologies in recruiting and development at McKinsey & Company.  Between 2015 and 2025 he founded and led McKinsey’s People Analytics and Measurement (PAM) team, one of the leading technical teams in their field.   Keith's background in mathematics makes him a passionate advocate for data driven approaches to assessment and measurement.  He has consulted organizations worldwide on topics of data-driven talent management and is a recognized leader, teacher and expert on quantitative methodologies in I-O Psychology more broadly.

Keith has published several methodological textbooks which are used widely among students, academics and practitioners, including his Handbook of Regression Modeling and his Handbook of Graphs and Networks.  He is also co-author with Alexis Fink of Using Data in Organizations, a chapter in the SIOP Leading Edge publication Data, Methods and Theory in the Organizational Sciences.  He served on the editorial board for the recent special issue of Personnel Psychology focused on Machine Learning.

Keith holds a PhD in Pure Mathematics from Imperial College London.





Enrica Ruggs, Ph.D.

Associate Professor of Management, C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston


Bio:

Enrica Ruggs, Ph.D. is an associate professor of management in the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Rice University. In her research, she examines the experiences of underrepresented employees to understand factors that influence job attitudes and psychological well-being. In much of her work, she examines the perpetuation and outcomes of workplace bias, and strategies that individuals and organizations can engage in to combat bias. She uses her work to provide managers and HR practitioners with evidence-based management solutions regarding the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures.

Enrica's research appears in premier academic journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology and Journal of Management and is regularly presented at academic conferences and universities. Her work has also been featured in popular HR outlets such as Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review, and media outlets, such as the New York Times, U.S. News & World Report, CNBC, Business Insider, and Fortune.




Nancy Tippins, Ph.D.

Principal, Nancy T. Tippins Group, LLC



Bio:

Nancy Tippins, Ph.D. is a Principal of the Nancy T. Tippins Group, LLC, where she brings more than 40 years of experience to the company.  Her firm creates strategies related to work force planning, sourcing and recruiting, job analysis, employee selection, succession planning, executive assessment, and employee and leadership development.  Much of her current work in the area of tests and assessments focuses on evaluating programs for legal risks, including concerns regarding validity, adverse impact, record keeping, consistency in administration, and uses of test information.

Throughout her career, Nancy has participated in the creation and revision of professional standards for tests and assessments, serving on the committees that revised the Principles for the Validation and Use of Personnel Selection Procedures for the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) in 1999 and co-chairing the committee that revised the Principles in 2018. She was also a member of the committee that revised the Standards for Educational and Psychological Tests for the AERA, APA, and NCME in 2014 and was a U.S. representative on the committee that revised the ISO 10667 International Assessment standards in 2011.  She also helped create SIOP’s addendum to the Principles that addresses tests and assessments that incorporate artificial intelligence.  

Active in professional affairs, Nancy has a long-standing involvement with the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology where she served as President (2000-2001).  She currently is the President of the SIOP Foundation.  She is a fellow of SIOP (Division 14 of the APA), Quantitative and Qualitative Methods (Division 5 of the APA), the American Psychological Association (APA), and the American Psychological Society (APS) and is an active participant in several private industry research groups.  Nancy received her M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology. 




Shonna Waters , Ph.D.

Whether she is advising Fortune 500 C-suites on AI integration or teaching the next generation of leaders at Georgetown University, her mission remains the same: creating organizational environments where both people and profits can thrive.

Dr. Waters holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Statistics from the University of Minnesota and is an ICF-certified coach. She is a SIOP fellow and sought-after speaker known for her ability to translate complex human data into actionable, high-impact business outcomes.
