The 2026 IPAC Annual Conference will be held in Charleston, SC! Be sure to register now and get the early bird rates until April 30.

To register a group (two or more attendees) and receive one invoice to process, have each person register for the conference, selecting the blue 'Invoice Me' button on the confirmation webpage. Next, send an email to financial@ipacweb.org with a list of names of those who registered and request a group invoice for your organization. The IPAC Financial Officer will create a single invoice for all registrations. When payment has been received, each person's individual invoice will be marked as paid.

Submission Period:  October 30, 2025 – January 23, 2026

The Call for Proposals for the 2026 IPAC Annual Conference will be opening soon! To learn more about proposals, and the submission process, please visit the Call for Proposals page.

Proposals submitted by December 12, 2025 will receive an early review for consideration into the program - and will be considered for preferred program scheduling. Authors will be notified of their submission status prior to the January 23, 2026 submission deadline.
