Traveling Around Town

CARTA – Public Transit: CARTA is the Charleston Regional Transportation Authority and provides several ways to get around Charleston - including the Downtown Area Shuttle (DASH). Walking and Biking: Charleston is a great city to stretch your legs a bit. Take a stroll through the walkable in-town neighborhoods or go for a bike ride. Whether on two feet or two wheels, Charleston has plenty of green space to feed your love of the outdoors.
