Keith McNulty 

Keynote, Monday, July 26

Keith McNulty is a mathematician, statistician, psychometrician and data scientist who is currently Global Director of Talent Science and Analytics at McKinsey & Company.

He is a globally recognized expert in the application of statistics to I-O Psychology and Human Resources, and author of the recent textbook Handbook of Regression Modeling in People Analytics. Keith holds a PhD in Pure Mathematics from Imperial College London.

Brad Whitworth 

Keynote, Tuesday, July 27

Brad Whitworth is a pre-eminent thought leader, lecturer and author in organizational communication. He has led global internal and executive communication programs at HP, Cisco, Hitachi, PeopleSoft and MicroFocus. He holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and undergraduate degrees in journalism and speech from the University of Missouri.

A former broadcaster, Brad has made more than 300 presentations to executives, communicators and university classes around the world. Brad is a past board chairman of the International Association of Business Communicators and a Fellow of the association. He is one of the authors of The IABC Handbook of Organizational Communication.

Susan Farago

Keynote, Wednesday, July 28

Susan Farago is fascinated by the question, "How do we know what we know?" and dedicates her career to studying all facets of human learning. Her expertise is technical training, curriculum design, and her true passion – skills assessments, where she has spent 20 years developing and implementing global certification programs for high-tech companies.

She is the Portfolio Manager for MuleSoft Certifications at Salesforce where she uses Lean-Agile methods to evolve exam development practices.

Susan earned a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas, and a dual B.A. in Philosophy and French from the University of Minnesota. She recently graduated from Denver University's Data Analytics program.
