The ideal applicant will have selection and promotion expertise, including job analysis, assessment development, authoring comprehensive validation reports, and consulting with clients on assessment strategy. AEB is a consulting organization internal to the Federal Government. We work with federal agencies to develop, validate, and deliver assessment solutions. We are an applied research organization. Our psychologists are encouraged to attend and present at professional conferences (e.g., SIOP, IPAC) and otherwise further their development in the field.
