Scott, Ph.D. is the co-CEO and co-founder of APTMetrics, a global human resource consulting firm specializing in advanced talent management solutions for multinational corporations and market leaders. With over 35 years of experience, Dr. Scott has designed and implemented talent management and assessment systems in diverse, high-stakes, global settings. For more than 30 years, he has led APTMetrics' talent management and leadership assessment practice. John has co-edited/co-authored six books and scores of chapters/articles in the field of organizational psychology Amazon.com: John C. Scott: books, biography, latest update. In addition to co-editing the award-winning Handbook of Workplace Assessment, he is co-editor of Next Generation Technology-Enhanced Assessment and the recently released book Talent Assessment: Embracing Innovation and Mitigating Risk in the Digital Age. Dr. Scott is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association and three of its divisions: Quantitative and Qualitative Methods (Division 5), Society of Consulting Psychology (Division 13), and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (Division 14 – SIOP). He has received SIOP’s Distinguished Professional Contributions, Distinguished Service, and Humanitarian Awards. He is also a Trustee of the SIOP Foundation and has served as SIOP’s main representative to the United Nations, an APA Council representative, and editor-in-chief of SIOP’s premier journal, Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice. |

Cole Napper, Ph.D. is the Vice President of Research, Innovation, & Talent Insights at Lightcast, a labor market intelligence and insights firm. Author of "People Analytics: Using Data-Driven HR and Gen AI as a Business Asset". He is also the Co-Host of Directionally Correct, A People Analytics Podcast, Substack Newsletter, and owner of Directionally Correct LLC. Cole is a globally recognized leader in the people analytics, workforce planning, and talent intelligence space. In previous roles, he brought a strategic focus and invaluable insights to both large, multinational corporations spanning various industries (FedEx, Texas Instruments, Toyota, PepsiCo, Grainger) and venture-capital backed startups (Motive, Booster, Orgnostic/CultureAmp). Nelson Spencer, M.S. (he/him) is the founder of efora io, an AI consulting firm that helps organizations integrate AI into the way they work. His focus is on making AI practical, responsible, and aligned with how people actually get work done. efora supports clients across implementation, enablement, and strategic transformation—from building intelligent workflows and AI agents to leading educational workshops and shaping company-wide AI strategy.
Nelson is a deep generalist with a career in analytics and technology, focused on using data to drive better decisions across industries. He has specialized in people analytics, using data to understand and improve the employee experience, and has led analytics functions at Figma, Sonos, and Wayfair. He began his career in professional sports, working in analytics roles at Major League Soccer and the Cleveland Guardians. Nelson also advises AI and HR tech startups as a venture partner and advisor, with a focus on the future of work.
He holds an M.S. in Data Science, a B.S. in Sport Management, and is currently pursuing his MBA at Columbia Business School. He lives in New York City and writes Augmented Intelligence, a weekly newsletter for people who want to become AI fluent.
When he’s not working, he’s usually behind a camera, learning something new, or hanging out with dogs.

Taylor Sullivan, Ph.D. is the Head of Assessments at Workera.ai, where she leads the design of AI-native, adaptive assessments that deliver verified skills intelligence for global enterprises. A technology executive and I/O psychologist, Taylor has over 15 years of experience designing high-stakes assessments for government, military, and Fortune 500 companies. She is an expert in AI readiness, workforce transformation, and strategic upskilling, with deep expertise in evidence-centered design, psychometrics, and human-AI collaboration.
A recognized thought leader on the future of work, Taylor has developed and scaled enterprise-grade assessment systems, led product transformation in B2B SaaS environments, and advised leaders on integrating AI and behavioral science into talent strategies. Before joining Workera, she led product and assessment innovation at Codility and previously directed research teams at HumRRO.
Taylor is also the founder of AI-Powered Parent, a nonprofit helping families navigate generative AI with clarity and confidence. As a working mom, she is passionate about creating systems—both at work and at home—that reduce friction, elevate human potential, and make space for what matters most. Eric M. Dunleavy, Ph.D. is Vice President of the Employment and Litigation Services Division at DCI Consulting Group, where he leads a group of Industrial/Organizational Psychologists and Labor Economists involved in a wide variety of personnel selection, work analysis, workforce analytics, and litigation support projects. Dr. Dunleavy received his M.A. (2002) and Ph.D. (2004) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston. Since then he has conducted hundreds of high stakes applied research projects related to employment outcomes such as hiring, promotion, and pay in various contexts and for broad range of clients, industries, and jobs. He has also published articles in various scholarly journals, reviewed submissions to various scholarly journals and recently co-edited (with Scott B. Morris) the book "Adverse Impact Analysis: Understanding Data, Statistics and Risk" (Taylor & Francis, 2017). He has been adjunct faculty and taught graduate level courses at both George Mason University and the University of Maryland at Baltimore County. He is also a faculty member of the Institute for Workplace Equality (IWE).
