Coordinates and administers job analysis and competency model procedures. Analyzes data, prepares reports and completes selection plans. Assists with the development of pre-employment and promotional assessments and interviews used in selecting candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Educational Testing and Measurement, or a related field, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Two plus (2+) years of experience in job analysis or competency modeling and designing, developing and administering selection instruments, preferred.
- Graduate level training in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, preferred.
