Responsibilities will include the design and development of assessment products and practical tools for HR practitioners with an emphasis on public safety selection/promotional examinations. New test development will include job analysis, topic research, question writing and validation studies. Responsibilities will also include maintaining existing tests and their supporting documents, assisting consultants with test development projects, fielding technical assessment related inquiries from test customers, writing technical articles, and coordinating the online testing system.
