The Ohio State Highway Patrol, within the Ohio Department of Public Safety is looking for an Assessment Specialist in Columbus, Ohio.  This position will work in the Testing and Assessment Services department to create interviews, proficiency tests, and assessment centers while conducting job analyses and assisting with the sworn promotional processes.

Compensation: $29.49/hour

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Completion of graduate core program in industrial/organizational psychology; OR 
• Completion of undergraduate core program in industrial/organizational psychology and one year of experience in job analysis and developing/validating assessments for the purposes of personnel selection.
