IPAC has announced its 2010 Innovations in Assessment Award competition. Nominations should be submitted by 5:00 pm EST June 18, 2010 and no earlier than May 17, 2010.

IPAC is now accepting (and encouraging) proposals for our 2010 Annual Conference, to be held July 18-21 in Newport Beach, CA. Proposals will be accepted through March 5. [EDIT: The deadline has passed!]

Our 2010 membership drive has begun. New this year is a student membership category at a significantly discounted rate. Current members will soon be receiving renewal invoices, and we are welcoming new members. Now that we are an independent organization, we depend upon member dues more than ever before, and are looking to greatly expand our membership. Please consider joining us!

IPAC Announces 2010 Conference: The 2010 IPAC conference will be held July 18-21 at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach in Newport Beach, California. You may recall that IPMAAC held two highly successful conferences at this property. We are pleased to be returning to this site for the 2010 IPAC conference.

IPAC has published a new monograph by Charley Sproule, Rationale and Research Evidence Supporting the Use of Content Validation in Personnel Assessment. This monograph is being supplied, free of charge, to all current IPAC members. In order to limit access only to IPAC members, we have created a members-only content area on our website. A user name and password has been sent to the email address on file for all current IPAC members. If you are a current (dues paid for 2009) member and did not receive your logon information, you may register for access, subject to verification of your current status as a member of IPAC. Non-members can request a copy of the monograph (in exchange for also receiving information on the benefits of IPAC membership)

For those interested in joining IPAC, we have an updated application form (including an online version for those who wish to pay their dues via PayPal). For current members who have received their renewal invoice, there is now an option to pay renewal dues via PayPal as well.
