SPECIAL HALF-DAY MORNING WORKSHOP

The workshop will look at 2 issues: (1) What are the barriers or problems created by the EEOC guidelines, legal constraints, and also public sector jurisdictions themselves with regard to public sector assessment? and (2) What are some solutions to these problems?

followed by an after-lunch presentation:

Prospects & Prophecies for Practical Responses to Legal and Political Barriers in Public Assessment

Analysis and discussion of the Ricci case will be included in the presentation.
