Mark is a Personnel Analyst with the Town of Gilbert and is responsible for designing, scheduling and implementing selection processes for all departments.  He has also worked with the City of Glendale and Marriott Host, and has a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University.  Mark has an extensive background in public and private sector human resources and supervision, including assignments in employment, classification and compensation, and training and development.

Terry is a founding member of PTC/A.  Formerly, he was a personnel test analyst with the City of Phoenix and was responsible for the city’s employment testing programs.

Carol is a Sr. Consultant at Arizona Public Service Company, an electric utility serving most of Arizona.  She is responsible for APS’ corporate employment testing and career assessment programs.  She completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Arizona State University.

Vicki is the Senior Assessment Analyst for the Salt River Project (SRP), an electric utility serving much of the Phoenix area.  She received a M.S. degree in Industrial Psychology from California State University Long Beach in 1981.  In addition to her work at SRP, she has consulted on numerous employment test development and validation in the southwestern U.S.

Keith is a Personnel Test Analyst in the Employment Services Division at the City of Phoenix.  Since 1990 when he started with the City, he was worked in the areas of Recruiting & Testing, Classification & Compensation, Employee Records, and has administered the City's FMLA and Disability Placement/Accommodation programs.  He has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Masters of Public Administration from ASU.

Christy works for the City of Mesa, Arizona as a Senior Human Resources Analyst in Personnel.  In this capacity, Christy functions as a generalist and internal HR consultant to the City of Mesa Fire Department.  She received both her MBA and Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, and has certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
