IPAC Publishes Monograph on Content Validation

The International Personnel Assessment Council (IPAC) has published a new monograph by Charley Sproule, Rationale and Research Evidence Supporting the Use of Content Validation in Personnel Assessment. This monograph is available, free of charge, to all current IPAC members. Non-members can request a copy of the monograph (in exchange for also receiving information on the benefits of IPAC membership).
