Half Day Workshop presented by:

Eugene Burke, Chief Science & Analytics Officer, CEB

85% of business leaders stated in a recent survey that more data and more analytics are not leading to more effective decision making.  This workshop explores how big data and talent analytics can be used to enable more effective decision making and more informed investments in talent management, and is specifically tailored to how assessment data can be used to meet those needs.  The workshop assumes minimal knowledge of big data and analytics and will explore:  how big data is defined; how leading companies are using big data and talent analytics to effect; examples of applications in talent acquisition, workforce planning and succession management; how big data, such as open source data, can be used by small and medium sized organizations as well as by larger organizations.
