International Personnel Assessment Council

Promoting State-of-the-Art Selection Practices

IPAC is the leading organization of applied HR selection & assessment professionals, with members actively engaged in practice, research, and training to meet the needs of both public and private-sector organizations.

Established in 1976, IPAC (then known as IPMAAC) operated as a section of the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR) through 2008. We are now an independent, non-profit organization.

Our members include HR directors and managers, specialists in staffing, recruiting, and organizational performance management, psychologists, attorneys, management consultants, academic faculty and students, and others sharing professional interests and expertise in the development and effective use of HR selection and assessment methods. We'd love to have you join us!
